From November 16 through November 29, I will be hosting a free challenge and I’m going to walk you through a series of simple steps that you can use to create habits that help, with both stress, and overeating. The goal is to overcome holiday stress and emotional eating challenges, all while creating new habits that you can carry with you through your holidays and into your New Year. You'll be part of a private Facebook group where I'll be positing some videos and Q&A's. As an added bonus, the actions I'm going to challenge you to take also increase things like satisfaction, happiness, and ease.
