What are the Chakras?

The chakras are seven energy centers in your body that affect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. When you begin to work on your chakras, your energy begins to flow upwards. Many people’s chakras are often blocked, overactive or inactive, resulting in confusion, depression, imbalances and low energy. By supporting the chakras through breathing techniques, yoga postures, meditation,  our food choices and other methods, the energy begins to move in the right direction bringing you positivity, peace, clarity, high energy, balance, and success.

Jenny is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Autoimmune Coach who believes self discovery is a life long journey.  Jenny uses a visionary process that empowers you to awaken the hidden aspects of your own thoughts, values and self-imposed barriers that help you to commit to a transformative change deep within yourself.

Reiki Master Healer

Angeline's career in the Healing Arts began in 1999. When she started working at a Metaphysical Bookstore. It was here she got her first Reiki attunement and eventually became a Master Healer. In 2002 she graduated from Missouri College's massage therapy program, and went to work with her mentor at an Integrative Wellness Center soon after.


To deepen her understanding of Energy Healing. She received two more certifications in Pranic Healing, and is an Advanced Pranic Healing Practioner. In her efforts to address Mind, Body, and Spirit she enrolled at Logan University in the Chiropractic program. Where she study for two years before she had to end her enrollment due to three deaths of close relatives. That made it difficult to focus on her studies. While still at Logan she received a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. She also is a Certified Personal Trainer, and recently earned her certification as a Behavior Change Specialist.

Angeline and Jenny will reveal how to use your chakras for better health, greater personal power as well as expanded spiritual awareness on and off the mat.  Whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi, you will gain clarity, focus and techniques to move towards your physical goals all while taking a deep dive into the emotional awareness of each chakra.  Unite the seven chakras to create a insightful strategy for wholeness that integrates mind, body and spirit.
